Seamless execution is just as important as beautiful design—and that’s why we offer the option to work with our trusted in-house contracting team. Having a dedicated build team allows us to bring our design vision to life with precision, consistency, and clear communication from start to finish.
Because our designers and contractors collaborate closely throughout the process, we’re able to maintain the integrity of the design, quickly address any on-site decisions, and ensure that every detail is executed as intended. While you’re not required to use our team, many clients appreciate the streamlined experience and peace of mind that comes from having design and construction aligned under one roof.

Design Creation
We begin by creating a custom design tailored to your style, functional needs, and budget. You’ll receive a mood board (included in every design package) and have the opportunity to review and request changes until the concept feels exactly right.

Finalizing Selections
Once the design direction is approved, we finalize all material, finish, fixture, and furnishing selections. This includes sourcing and specifying every detail so the build phase can move forward smoothly. Optional 3D renderings are available for an additional fee to help you fully visualize the completed space.

Pre-Construction Planning
Before construction begins, we meet with the contractor (our in-house team or yours) to review the design plans in detail. This step ensures everyone is aligned, timelines are set, and any logistical challenges are addressed early to avoid surprises.

Implementation & Project Management
Our in-house construction team can then bring your design to life. We act as your project manager—overseeing all on-site work, communicating directly with the contractor, and ensuring every detail matches the agreed-upon design. Our involvement helps avoid unnecessary change fees, delays, or miscommunications.

Final Styling & Walkthrough
Once construction is complete, we style the space with furniture, décor, and art, making sure every detail is placed exactly as envisioned. We then conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure you’re completely satisfied before the project is considered complete.
